Amex Taj voucher from 24k gold collection didn’t work

Hi guys
I redeemed 6 taj vouchers via gold collection worth 14k each
5 of them worked perfectly but 1 voucher was already used it’s value was 0
Amex is saying they’ll take up the matter with taj but i want now those 24000 mr points back in my acc
How can i do that?

You can ask Amex support for the same. But very high probability you have to wait till their investigation is complete.

I called them and they raised the case to taj
