Another onecard devalution

Dear Customer,
Greetings from Federal Bank.
We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming change in our fee structure on Federal OneCard. Effective 15-Januray-2024, 1% fee will be levied on transactions done at merchants where the fund transfer is being made to a bank account or to a third-party wallet. This fee will be applicable if your total amount of transfer transactions in a given month exceeds Rs 10,000 or more.
An illustrative example is given below.
Transfer in a monthFee @ 1%
Scenario 1First transaction of Rs. 4000Rs 0
Second transaction Rs. 5000 done in the same calendar monthRs 0
Scenario 2First transaction of Rs. 15,000Rs 150
Second transaction of Rs. 20,000 done in the same calendar monthRs 200 (Total Rs 350)
Scenario 3First transaction of Rs.8000Rs 0
Second transaction of Rs.6000 done in the same calendar monthRs 140 (Rs 80 + Rs 60)

I got a mail that from 15th January 2024 1% fee will be levied on merchant transactions where the fund is being transferred to a Bank Account or Wallet. I’m attaching the screenshot
already a post on this and i'm not sure why everyone need to take their time out and post this as a thread instead of looking for existing thread. come on it just above wallet reload of 10k charges will be levid. this isn't breaking news.
 
I know Onecard reward points are useless...Is it worth applying for it for offers? Do we get good offers?

If so, apply for which bank? Federal, Bob, Csb, Indian bank, Sbm, South indian bank?
