Any difference between Citi Prestige Visa and MasterCard versions?

Just what the tittle says. Is there any benefit to holding the Visa Infinite or MasterCard World Elite versions of the Citi Prestige card?

Master card world elite has unlimited lounge access on credit card unlike visa version which has 6 access per quarter. However priority pass issued with both the version has unlimited lounge access.

Visa has 6 per Q!!! What the f. It really doesn't matter that much in the scheme of things I guess. But 6 is absurd!
