5k spends not necessary for railway lounge access. It is only for airport lounge access.

But this lounge is not in the list in Dreamfolks for Zenith. It is there for IDFC Wealth.

Also why is there 8 railway access for IDFC? I thought it was 4/q. Does Wealth debit also has railway lounge access?

Yes its 4 per quarter per card. I guess you might have linked 2 AU bank cards so it shows total. Click on browse you can see the count for each card.
