Any issues with BPCL SBI card?

I wanted to apply for an SBI card one can find many SBI offers in online shopping.
When I visited the bank, they said to opt for SimplyClick. They said that if i fave any issue in BPCL card, they can't resolve it but they can do that for SimplyClick.
I wanted to apply for BPCL card coz it has less fee waiver criteria.

Is it true?
People who have this card, have you faced any issue so far?

Apply using Sprint instead of going to branch. If you go the offline way, they'll try to sell you the cards they get a better commission on.

I find this claim that they can't resolve BCPL CC issues to be rubbish... Simply apply using Sprint.
