I had bought 2yr Extended warranty + 3 year accidental damage / Liquid Damage plan with my macbook.
One day suddenly my macbook started showing pink screen and used to restart abruptly. I raised a request for warranty claim. They sent the macbook to Apple Authorised service centre and they declared it had liquid damage. I was sure that it was not liquid damage. I expected them to reject my claim.
To my surprise, they themselves created a new claim with detailed justification and submitted the claim without intimating me and finally repaired the macbook under the liquid damage protection for free.
So my first experience was pretty good with them.
