Is there a way to buy HP gift vouchers using AGV or credit card? HP gift vouchers are not available anywhere, and even if it's available it is with a surcharge, or buying through UPI.

1) does buying HP Pay GV through gyftr portal using BoB Snapdeal give 2.5%? (- 2% charge for using CC)

2) what if I load money or buy GV using UPI on BoB Snapdeal. Will it give 1% cb?
