Any way to fix this error for checking pre approved offer

Hello to all!
I am encountering this issue for checking pre approved credit card offer in hdfc since I have upgraded my savings max account to classic banking earlier it was working fine. I sent an email to hdfc regarding this issue and they are suggesting me to apply through physical branch which I don't want to do.
Any way to fix this issue?

Nothing helps. I tried incognito mode and even changed devices. I checked through my Macbook>iPad>iPhone but always the same issue.

I am also getting the same error... I tried to check offer for me on 9th..didnt got such error.... Since for me every card was showing as cobranded... I tried again on 12th oct and this is the error I am getting

Yeah, There is one tab which is for credit limit enhancement check if you already hold Hdfc CC but nothing for pre approved cc.

I have been checking my eligibility since last 3 weeks randomly any time. Always got same 3 cards Regalia, Diners Club, Indigo 6E XL. Never seen its changing. Also I too saw that error few times but those times I re-tried and it worked. I always considered it as some technical glitch when error occurred.

Update:
I don't see this error anymore. Maybe hdfc backend team did something or it just vanished away automatically after 3 weeks.
