Any way to get Amex card from non metro city?

I want to get Amex card but I don't have any proof like Adhar, voter Id, passport and license in metro cities.

I reside in Hyderabad and travel to Chennai often but don't have any address proof there.

I asked an agent and he mentioned rent, company certified and gas connection are not valid proofs for Amex.

Any suggestions on how I can proceed ?

I had MRCC which I had sourced from a metro. Later my address proof became that of a Tier 2 town where pincode is not supported. I applied for Platinum Travel card online. I don't remember the exact flow that I got then, but I was asked for my office address as well which was in a metro. The application went through and they sent the card to my address with non supported PIN
