You can get salary/income from anywhere in the world 🌎 ..but you have to be Indian resident..
Are you an Indian resident as per IT rules ? ie in simple terms residing in India for more than 180 days in a FY that determines your residential status.

If you officially declare that you are a non resident Indian then I am afraid your are not eligible to get an amex card from amex India..

Just apply using any referral link, and try your luck. They might not ask you for income proof if you have a good credit history. If they ask for income proof, tell them you get salary from different county.
