Any website to raise complaint against Jio like RBI Ombudsman ?

Jio honestly doesn't care about he customer. Look at the reply that appellate gave me when I escalated the issues. it is a copy paste reply of customer care.
Background: I have 3 vouchers of 5 GB that cannot get activated after their new plans have come in force since July'24. I already have a 1 year active recharge on that number which is valid till July 2025. Customer care says I need to recharge in order to use the voucher. I have told the morons tht I already have a active recharge but it's still not getting activated. They keep copying the same reply.
Iv given up as of now. Will port my number next year to another provider.

@federer.reddevil Did you receive your refund? My friend also has similar issues his connection got installed but speed was around 8mb so he called installation guy and he took back and canceled it but did not get the refund yet amount was around 7K including the quarterly payment. He went to jio care as well and no help.
I received the refund after about 20-25 days of lodging complaint
 
I recently cancelled my Jio Fibre Account because of some technical issues in the relocation of my connection. It had advance amount of 13K for 1 year plan which was supposed to be refunded on the cancellation after setup box return. Recently I called customer care on which they respond that my 13 k has been lapsed and there is no way in which it can be returned to you due to policies of non refunding the advance amount.

No customer care informed me about it in the beginning about this policy and after cancellation, they are making fool out of me to not return my advance amount. I am sure this policy has been created to use public money for their family general expenses. Such a pathetic service provider, no service provided to people is proper, I am sure they have introduced to provide FREE Internet initially to come up with such policies later and then eat the money indirectly.

Can anyone help with some suggestion to get this refunded as jio customer care is useless all time. I believe every single person in their call centers are uneducated, untrained and irresposible in all sense. When you cant meet the standards of providing even basic services to the people of India, IDK how are they competing and surviving in this market.
