Anyone faced this on Indus app ? Any idea how to resolve ? Have already tried re installing the app, and also tried it on 5G over WIFI 🤔😁
Wait, I remember, this can happen when there is no active card in your account. This happened with me during the card upgradation phase. For some time (around 1 month), the old card was marked as deactivated and the new card couldn't be delivered so that couldn't be activated. During that time this error was there.

Oh, I see. But I have 2 cards with Indus which are both active. Maybe I'll have to contact them.

It'll be worthwhile if it works. It took only 3 minutes to get to the customer care executive who was fairly knowledgeable. This experience of mine has been better than some other 4 letter name banks 🌚

But my worst experience is with Lotak Bank. I can never reach their customer care executive on phone. I have waited as long as 35 minutes, but never able to reach them.

Fortunately, I have Kotak Privy for that so can instantly connect. But I have heard dreadful experiences in case you have to go through the usual IVR.
