Wait, I remember, this can happen when there is no active card in your account. This happened with me during the card upgradation phase. For some time (around 1 month), the old card was marked as deactivated and the new card couldn't be delivered so that couldn't be activated. During that time this error was there.Anyone faced this on Indus app ? Any idea how to resolve ? Have already tried re installing the app, and also tried it on 5G over WIFI 🤔😁

It'll be worthwhile if it works. It took only 3 minutes to get to the customer care executive who was fairly knowledgeable. This experience of mine has been better than some other 4 letter name banks 🌚That's some crazy Operating Procedure from them.

But my worst experience is with Lotak Bank. I can never reach their customer care executive on phone. I have waited as long as 35 minutes, but never able to reach them.
