Its a rupay platinum variant card.
So lounges are Same as all rupay lounges.
Search rupay lounges, and enter india as country and see all the cities available

It doesn't have bank restrictions? Like exclusion of certain lounges?

Nop. But I guess there is spent criteria. (Almost all platinum cards do have so)
