I got my 3rd Millennia credit card bill and now I see in bill, below card number, AAN number has been written.
Does anyone know what AAN number is? What purpose its assigned to me?

Surprising, I never applied for any loan, yesterday I fetched complete cibil report nothing yet there like I got loan from hdfc.

This is the Alternate Account Number.
I had spoken to the Helpdesk of my new credit card (HDFC).
I was unable to pay my bill against my credit card number.
The credit card was a new co-branded card that was not yet entered into their system.
I was advised to then pay against the AAN that appears in my bill.
