Anyone received complimentary economy ticket voucher for SBI Vistara card ?[After merger]

Hi

I had paid the joining fees for sbi vistara card almost 15 days back , But i have not received the economy class ticket voucher in my air india account
1.Can anyone please let me know if anyone has received it after merger ?I should recieve it in my air india account now.. [or any flight ticket voucher from different cards as well]
2. Also , once i receive it - will i be able to book it myself like we used to do in vistara ?

P.S sbi - worst customer care, they don't know anything , just copy paste message

yes, also axis vistara points are automatically transferred after statement generation (i have not provided them maharaja ID)
For SBI - expecting the same for voucher but did not happen

1. I have paid renewal fees on 16th Nov but I still did not get the voucher. I am also waiting for it. Hopefully they did not change any condition during merger.
2. Yes, you will be able to book like Vistara from Air India website (Not possible in Application)

Wait for atleast a month. The process of credit of vouchers have been very slow after merger. Don’t expect any message or email notification. Just keep on checking your Air India voucher section. It will get automatically added later.

I finally received my voucher on Friday. I only received an SMS from SBI but not the email I got last year from Club Vistara. Interestingly, the SMS template hasn't yet been updated and it contained verbiage around Club Vistara and had no mention of Air India/Maharaja Club. The voucher is already visible in the Loyalty section on AI site.

@brahmin_baniya and @msk1437 I just confirmed with Air India CC, they said old conditions are only valid till 31st March 2025. So, I don't think we will receive vouchers for spend milestone after that.

I think their CC was confused, this should happen on March 31, 2026 when all Vistara cards are scheduled to be discontinued.

No, Air India doesn't allow extending the voucher expiry or reinstate
