Anyone Tried Railway Bookings with SBI PhonePe Select (10% CB)?

The SBI PhonePe Select card promises 10% cashback on all spends through the PhonePe app, and that includes the travel category too.

Now, for train bookings, PhonePe has a tie-up with ConfirmTkt. So here’s the doubt:
If you book railway tickets on PhonePe (via ConfirmTkt), do you still get the full 10% cashback, or is it treated differently / capped separately?

Has anyone here actually tried it out and received cashback on train tickets?

Update: Train tickets booked on PhonePe app also gets you 10%RP.

Yes. I also got it.

No. Not by PhonePe. Normal Irctc convenience fees and Agent service charge (all apps charge this two fees).

OTP. In SMS, one merchant name was 'CONFIRMTKT' and another was 'CONFIRM TI'.

Also, do note that 10% CB is calculated on lower 100th multiple of the price.

Eg. Ticket price - 1256, then CB - 120 (not 125 or 126)

Pl help me understand, i got the card a day before.
If I want to do electricity bill payment or gas bill payment then what method should I use ?
Pay via upi rupay cc of sbi select or send otp ? Which one is best ? Considering 20k+ utility payments.

Also, for all other phonepe ecosystem payments, you'll are doing upi or otp based payment ? Which method is fault proof ?

Fool proof is UPI definitely but it does charge higher convenience fees sometime. If you get PHONEPEUTILITY merchant name via otp then also you will receive 10%.

Did anyone tried flight bookings? Specially booking flights vis Amazon Flights and then using the SBI Phonepe to make the payment. Does this provide the cashback/rewards?
