How to apply for AU Savings Account?​

You can open an account with us through any of these options:
Visit your nearest branch: Walk into your closest branch with your KYC documents and passport-sized photographs. You can fill in the application form at the branch to get the process started.
Call Customer Care: You can also apply for AU Swadesh Savings Account by calling our customer care number 1800-1200-1200.

Features and TnC

  • Cashback on Spends: Now get Cashback of upto 5% on debit card spends and transactions done on AU 0101 App for bill payment and recharges, max upto INR 1000 per month. (Fuel spends will be capped at INR 10,000 per month)
  • Eligible customers will get their cashback within 20 working days after the end of month. Spends on one single card will be considered while calculating annual spends.
  • Spends on multiple cards cannot be clubbed to avail the benefit under the Offer. Spends on individual Card will be calculated to evaluate the eligibility of this Offer.
  • Customer shall be eligible for a maximum cashback of INR 1,000 in a month.
  • Cumulative fuel transactions exceeding INR 10,000 in a month shall not be eligible for any cashback.
  • Customer shall be eligible for the cashback only if customer has met the product criteria during the previous calendar quarter. If customer fails to maintain the product criteria in a quarter, customer shall not be eligible for cashback in the next quarter.
  • Eligible customers will receive cashback directly in their account.

Account and Debit card charges:
  • Non-Maintainance - If AQB maintained is below INR 5,000 then 5% of the shortfall amount, max- INR 200; If AQB maintained is between INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 then 5% of the shortfall amount, max- INR 100.
  • AU Rupay Platinum Debit Card - INR 150 Annual charges
  • IMPS Online charges-
    • Upto 1000 - INR 2.5;
    • 1000 - 1,00,000- INR 5
    • >1,00,000 - INR 10
  • SMS Alerts NIL
  • Account Closure Fees - Free
