Anyone using Axis OneTouch device?

Axis bank has this device for OTP generation called One Touch: https://application.axisbank.co.in/...sub-issues/digibkg-IB-retail-netsecure-6.aspx

It is available for savings bank account holders too.

Anybody here using it?

Wasn't able to order it on netbanking for a few weeks, but escalated to support & nodal officer with screenshots, they fixed the issue and sent me the device.

Oddly though, they haven't charged me for this device (yet). I am not complaining 😛
I could be wrong, but probably I made them fix an issue in their system, so it's been given at no cost to me.

A lot of banks have this facility for corporate customers - Axis is the only one I know which offers this facility for savings bank customers too.

The problem with Axis is that branch staff is often clueless about their own products - when I wasn't able to order it online I went to my branch, the staff there said it's not available for savings - although such exclusion is nowhere mentioned on their website🤦‍♂️

And this is not the first time - few years ago when I approached them for FD based credit card, they were clueless back then too 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

You are right. I always complained many times and they fixed many issues for me. On call, I said I think Axis should give a salary for pointing many issues & he was laughing

Check if they have a bug bounty. Report issues there and you may be monetarily compensated.

this its work in saving acocnt ? i have asxis bank 18 account so i want to plan buy this device please gie more details regaridng this device i agree to pay cahrges but i need no every time take otp from all 18 accounts of my family to login in net banking so please guid me for the same also share device photos and working mecanizm

You can apply for it via netbanking. They did not charge me at that time, but they may now.

Yes it works for savings account.
