Anyone with IDFC First WOW CC got any unsecured IDFC CC?

Few months back I took IDFC First Wow Credit Card by booking an FD. Now when I try to apply for Unsecured CC (trying to apply for Wealth CC), after entering the mobile number and OTP, it's not allowing to apply. Displays "Sorry we can't proceed".

When I contacted Customer Care, one of the representative said since I have a secured card (Wow card) the system will allow to apply only if there's an offer.
I also tried with a different mobile number after entering OTP, it allowed me to next step but later shown as another application in process.

Anyone faced this kind of issue or know the solution?
 
Had a talk with customer care, they are saying wow credit card holder can't apply directly, if they get any per approval offer then can proceed. 🙄
They'll say anything. For @Rohan (see below) they said savings accountholders cannot apply directly without pre-approved offer. This is completely wrong statement.
I have saving account with IDFC 10K AMB. When I try to apply credit card facing same issue ("Sorry we can't proceed") and I contacted CC over call & email. As per them for savings account holder can apply only when there is credit card pre-approved offer.

I said again and again I'm applying credit card directly not though any offer or links but as per them credit card can be availed when pre-approved offer is present with customer savings account.

I'm not sure about other people experience with IDFC customer care regarding this issue but In my case they are 100% confident that I can apply only when I get offer & I lost interest in there cards. I never thought of escalation and left this matter there.
 
They left me on seen.

It has been 10 days no reply from them.

Did you get any update?
Yesterday I spoke with a supervisor officer. She agreed that we can apply for an unsecured cc even if secured cc was held. She raised a ticket and will update in 3-5 days.
 
Btw I closed my WOW card and it still does not let me proceed. The only reply they give is "Wait for offer". Pathetic bank.
Most of these new age banks (like AU & IDFC) who only operate through online channel are pathetic. They don't update their system if we've applied previously or we've closed previous CC.

We've to ask them to remove previous lead records manually. Better to stick with traditional banks.

Did they eventually issue you an unsecured CC? I have emailed the PNO and they said they will update in 5 working days but it's been over 6 working days. Anyway I will complain now to RBI after 30 days of bank complaint and see what the ombudsman has to say about such hostile policies of not even letting us apply for an unsecured card. There's no CIBIL enquiry. WOW/secured card holders are blocked right at the first stage.

Update: They replied after 11 working days asking for more time. 🤦🏻‍♂️

After RBI threat and quoting my TRV/NRV, they checked via my customer ID that I indeed have MAB in savings account and FDs, then nodal desk replied that they have generated pre-approved offer for ALTERNATE number from which I had tried earlier. Due to their flawed system, number associated with WOW card which if it is primary, just can't ever be used to apply for any other IDFC card unless and until they fix that limitation themselves. Card was approved and issued from alternate number - Classic with a 1L limit despite applying on C2C basic of IndusInd 3L. After card is delivered, I will go to branch and get number changed for the card to primary number. FAIL BANK.

Yeah AU is so pathetic, only an email to their CC email address to delete the lead after 6 months have passed works to "earn" a chance to re-apply.
