The price difference is due to secured packaging fees at 99 and offer handling fees at 49. I think FK started charing it for a few users on desktop. I think it is not charged from Mobile, but I am not sure

Even that's the case, they either should not charge these from pass holders or should charge from all pass holders.

You can see the secured packaging fees in this screenshot taken now. Offer handling fees of 49 is now showing since it is not on offer anymore. About your point on FK should not charge it - I agree, but what can we do? I still got the better deal overall so went ahead with it

I do the same for amazon but didn't knew it works for flipkart as well. Btw how much you got on flipkart gv? and any sites to buy flipkart gv using cashback cc?

I bought FK GVs worth 50K using my Amex Platinum Travel Card... it gives about 6% - 8% minimum return overall depending up on redemption choice.

Whole week they advertised it as 5**** but I don't think we ever saw that. It was in 60's from the start.

For the first hour or so, the orders were getting failed for the obvious server load reason.
Our mate @sourpai placed the order at around 00:53 am.. and I was fiddling with No Cost EMI things...as I know I have pass and I can buy in the next 48 hours...

At 1:44 am the price has changed to 65,999 ( for general public) which was 1K jump up from the then price.. BTW, it is still the same price even now...

But my price still stayed at 60,999 which you can see at the following screenshot ( Annexure 1)..

After all fiddling, I bought at 2:00 am for the same price
i.e. 60,999 - 3,000 = 57,999 -- CC Payment
+ Pass amount 1,999 =59,998 --- Total Effective Price for me.

The moral of the story is: The PASS had worked, even though price had jumped up by 1K within 105 minutes, they gave me at the lowest price...
