I am in similar situation. Got 4992 instead of 3326. GOt a mail to transfer full amount. I replied for transfer of difference amount. Got No reply. on Tuesday got call to transfer full amount, informaed the lady that I will transfer the difference amount and asked for confirmation on email. But no reply to that conversation also.
