Applied for Airtel Axis CC, got a rejection mail for Axis ASAP Salary account

Does this mean my CC application is rejected? I'm now getting the option to apply again in Airtel Thanks App.

Looks as if the document images uploaded were not clear or readable.

Get in touch with them and sort it out. It is always good to speak to someone rather than drawing conclusions on our own.

Moreover, the error messages from banks are off track most of the time.

I also got the same mail when applied for Axis Myzone credit card. My card got approved.

Applied and VKYC completed on 17th, Rejection mail on 18th evening and Rejection SMS 19th morning.

Nothing. As I mentioned in another message in this thread, I did receive a SMS confirming the credit card rejection.

I didn't do anything, my card got approved in some days after receiving the mail
