Applied for ICICI platinum but got 2 different credit cards and Charged me joining fee for both cards

I applied for ICICI platinum card but Bank side people called and said they will give ICICI Coral credit card for Life time free.
I done video KYC. Later Someone called from bank and asked video KYC is failed need to do it again. I do video KYC again. Now I got two credit cards from ICICI. Both charged me joining fees also.
What I have to do. Please help me.

This is sad. One question, isn’t your platinum card free? Which are the 2 cards that you have received?

If there is already a month passed (based that you said you charged joining fee which happens in 1st statement) then you should have not activated one of the card when you received another card.
