Applied for LTF Shoprite but support says it's paid, and they are saying things like we never give this card as LTF

Do you have any screenshot of the offer? Must be seen on Instagram or X.

Also after applying, you should have received message and email containing product features, terms & conditions and MITC. Check what's mentioned in that.

Yeah the link I applied on clearly stated ltf and also i attached the screenshot

The mail says 500 annual fees strangely

Hi, I faced the same issue, the link I applied through said lifetime free, but the email I got says 500 rs fee... i decided not to complete the KYC for now... did you get any resolution for this?

I cancelled my card they said they can't make my card ltf as it's an affiliate link
