Applied FYF ICICI Adani One Signature card, now told its not FYF

Hi, Last week I applied FYF Adani One Signature ICICI Credit card through this link

As I already hold a few ICICI cards it was approved instantly, with the same (probably shared) limit of the other ICICI cards. I got calls from them 3 times to confirm my details and i repeatedly confirmed that it was a FYF card, to which the executive said yes, if you saw at time of application, it would be free.

Today I've received the card and there is no mention of FYF in the literature or any email. So I emailed ICICI customer care and as per their response, I will be charged joining fee as normal(5K + GST).

I do have the screenshot of the page I applied from and infact the link shared above is still active. How do I get the bank to accept the FYF offer ? If no way, I'll just cancel the card as I have not activated or used it, it doesn't seem worth the high joining fee

My father was charged a 5K annual fee. He applied using the Mumbai Airport Kiosk Desk, where they mentioned that applying through their QR code would waive the annual fee. Both my father and I applied; I have not activated mine yet, but he has. This is unexpected. I am currently in discussion with customer care.

Same thing happened with me.I applied through Lucknow airportkiosk,and the representative promised me,it's a FYF card.I had my doubt at that time also,later I called Customer card and they said,it's not FYF.I asked them to cancel the card.

The landing page says "Fee reversal in your first Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card statement" - so fee is supposed to be charged and then reversed in the first stmt --not sure how that will work.
