Does HSBC allow multiple cards? Have Live+, thinking about getting Rupay card

Has anyone tried applying when they already have a card? Do they request re-KYC?

Go to bank's website and apply. They will generate a reference number and call back.

No need of kyc again, you just need to e sign.

They asked current payslip, salary account statement and passport size photo over mail

They did not ask me for anything, but sent me a document to e-sign, and shortly after sending the signed application back, I got a CIBIL hit SMS. Existing customer with Live+

Got some feedback from card team finally - they requested to wait for 6 months since last card application and retry - seems there must be a period of 6 months between getting cards
