Are forex fees counted towards spends calculation for HDFC CC?

Let's say ive Millenia. 1L spends per qtr for milestone spend. Now suppose I spend 98K worth of forex txns without forex. With forex (3.5%+GST) it'll be 1.02L. My bill will be 1.02L. But will I get the 1L milestone?
