they show in pairs.

like for me MMT platinum & MMT Signature shows combined
Amazon Pay as separate
Sapphiro & HPCL as 3rd entry

so though I hv 5 ICICI cards, in cibil it shows 3 entry

In my Cibil report, I can only see my 2 year old APay card, I recently got a new LTF Coral card - 2 months back - that is not shown in Cibil - is this expected, or coral should also be shown in Cibil separately?

It will take time but they will definitely create a new account in your CIBIL. ICICI updates CIBIL very slowly.

How much time does it take to show enhanced limit in CIBIL? ICICI reports cibil at bill generation date, I have already paid the bill as well, but still can see old limit of ICICI card in cibil report. Does it take 2-3 months or so to update CL?

Yes I will say wait 2 to 3 months. I also experienced same to see new LE on my cibil took 3 months.

nothing.
I got the Platinum first. few years later took the signature.
since both are LTF and show as single account in CIBIL I didnt find any benefit of closing platinum.
so just use them both for ICICI offers

my Dual Sapphiro, Coral Rupay, HPCL all show as single entry in Cibil, and the bill is single only.
but Emeralde is shown separately

I checked again, in fact all my ICICI cards (5 of them) have different accounts on CIBIL. 3 are core cards. I am sure increases my credit exposure (despite combined limit being 3 lakh) and other banks will be hesitant to give me their cards.
