Anyone familiar with travel edge response and refund timelines?
I booked a round trip flight on AIX through travel edge using my atlas card. The flights were canceled by AIX due to operational reasons and they said refund will be processed to travel agent.
I also emailed traveledge@ regarding the refund for canceled flights but no response yet.
