Atrocious customer support CRED...

Withdrawn 5 star rating on Play Store,then they contacted immediately and informed will send a link to WhatsApp.
What kind of a finance company does not have facility to call their CS dept? Shady as F***. They provided me autosetup link, which failed to link my new bank account. Have asked them to provide again. Let us know if you are able to link.
 
all bank including AMEX hire CC reps only based on the english not on subject 🙂
Recently smartbuy rep's told me that i can't use voucher for train booking i spent 30 mins to show the IRCTC card portal and later they said they aren't aware
May not be true with Amex (atleast their platinum support). All the CC reps I have spoken with Amex knew what they were doing and were quite knowledgeable,

Wonder how people are being trained before making them work in support side.

Guess they might have been trained in this way incase if something is not known at their end
