Au bank account not linking to paytm

I had opened my sister bank account in au bank everything is done atm has been received pin has been generated but when i go to paytm to link bank account it is showing no account with that no.
I have reinstall the paytm app and checked even that sms from my phone are sending and receiving fine but the problem continues
So anybody has solution what to do or whom to contact

Problem is with paytm app i guess because after couple of hours account linked with bank
