AU bank bad experience

I had sent a mail for LE/upgrade for my AU Vetta to CC on 5th March, for which they replied asking for 3 months salary slip and CIBIL report pull consent.
Received a mail on 8th March that they accepted my request for Limit enhancement and my request will be processed within 5 working days.
Got a CIBIL hit on 9th March by AU SFB.

After getting no update regarding my LE request, I again sent a mail on 17th March, to which they replied that I am not eligible for LE request as my card is less than 6 months old.
(Fact: My card is 8 months old)

Escalated to Regional Nodal Officer, received no reply.
Escaled to PNO, received no reply.

What I don’t understand is that if they believe that I am not eligible for LE due to card being less than 6 months old (which is false btw) , why did they pull my CIBIL report.
Should I escalate this to RBI ombudsman???
 
If you gave the consent OK to take your Cibil report in the mail to AU, then it's waste of time for complaining to RBI.
Yes I gave them the consent in mail.
Not getting LE based on my income or CIBIL report is still understandable.
But they are saying that I am not eligible because my card is not old enough is wrong, they should have told this before asking for CIBIL consent.
