Bad experience with SBI cashback card

I applied for the card 1.5 months back and got approved around 1 month back. The card was dispatched via DELHIVERY now they didn't delivery me the product. Everyday they would send SMS that OUT FOR DELIVERY but then again it would be postponed to next day. DELHIVERY doesn't even have customer care call number. So eventually the card went back to SBI and they re dispatched the card via SPEED POST and I finally received the card last friday. Unfortunately after activating the card my transactions were getting declined as the card was blocked. I called customer care and they told me I have to re apply the card after 3 months. I had repeatedly asked them to send me digital version of the card when the delivery issue going on so that I can do transaction but they didn't send it.

Can you tell where it's mostly used, like any big retail stores like croma, reliance, etc?

No need to visit these store I'm using on small shop near me Ration shop,and other local shops just find shop that uses HDFC QR code

Add your CB card in Gpay and some merchant uses HDFC bharat QR scan that you will see option for card payment in Gpay enter OTP and Payment done.
