I applied for AU bank cc through swipe up portal but it got declined stating the same reason "due to bank internal policies "

Can someone please let me know what is the cool down period for AU bank to apply credit card again on swipe up portal ?

My last month cibil enquires shows 3 entries , do I need to wait for this month to finish 0 entries or 3 is fine to apply for this card this month itself , can someone help me on this ?

Same happened with me. After multiple calls to CC, got to know, it was declined as Office Verification could not be done.
I told them, I working remotely; they insisted physical verification is required. Card is declined as same couldn't be done.

but it got declined stating the same reason "due to bank internal policies "

Hi sir...Need your helpt to delete my AU CC lead as I want to apply for ixigo card now. I tried applying earlier but at that time my location
was shown as unserviceable and now again when I tried to apply from Bangalore it says that the 'PAN and mobile are already in use and lead id is rejected'.How to reapply ?
