I have recently applied for au bank cc but couldn't complete the process Now when I am again trying to complete it, it not allowing me.

Lead ID is created by AU, unless it's removed by AU Bank, you can't apply for CC. Contact AU Customer Support and request to remove Lead ID. @akash2401
