WE'RE SORRY! Axis Bank cc application error

I hold a savings account and Privilege Credit Card with Axis Bank. Today, I received an email from Axis Bank stating that I am eligible for another credit card. Once I went through the email and clicked on 'Apply Now,' after providing my mobile number and PAN, the page landed on 'We're Sorry' . (screenshot)

This error has consistently occurred for the past two years, whether I apply through the web or the app.

Suggest how to remove this inherent error?

What about this error message that says "We're sorry. Looks like you already haven an existing Axis Bank credit with exciting offers." ? When does this go away and show new cards again?
 
I have that bug from day I got the card
Complained to pno no solution

That's why I asked him is he satisfied with his limit and what's his limit which he didn't say anything about.

I will try writing again but thing is I have 3 card they might dismiss saying you have max so I m not fighting them ( after 9 month bug got removed and I had apply now in apply now for cc )

Fighting axis is useless as their system anyways give you any core Card via OTP

As u said u want atlas get it over call
If ur limit is not good
Apply offline C2C for atlas better chances.

Axis is strange ( got 1st as pre approved now no l.e or card upgrade by system - I had to call and take the card )
 
When you change simcasrds just to get the icici trigger, wouldnt you have to setup every other banking app and upi apps from scratch since the sim is removed from the original phone?
THis is the only reason I never remove my simcard since all finance apps keep checking if the sim is still valid and working and is in the phone. Once removed, they ask to setup everything again.. so thats a ton of OTPs and verifications and what not..
Yes that bundle of pain is there for otps
Got such a suggestion from a TF guy here so tried only once
 
Allready availed Atlas offer over call sir exactly as you mentioned. Indeed CL is not good (reason of not posting it here as its <1L). Though applied for CLI with 2 year ITR simultaneously.
