Hi all,
Last sunday i.e 17th of november I applied AU Lit credit card from the bank's website and it showed me 3 different card options and I opted for LIT.
The limit it was showing was 5lacs and I didn't save the lead ID.
VKYC was done without any issues and next day a person visited home for verification. The card was applied by my sister who went to her office that day and I told him this, he took a pic and told me that it was fine and left.
Now it's been several days and I haven't heard anything from bank, neither on mail nor on call or text.
I tried apply now on their website today and it says application under review.
What should I expect? How and when will they inform me, and does AU bank take a long time to process?
I got this cc exclusively for apparel shopping this weekend, and I guess I wont be able to use it now.
Is there anything I could do to help the process?
