Au bank denying offer fulfillment

Hi Friends,
I had a targeted jewellery offer in September in which AU Bank had offered me Amazon voucher depending on the spends, so I did spend looking at the offer but The voucher fulfillment period was 60 days which has been passed and I had not received the voucher yet. On calling to credit card support team, they requested to email them and on emailing I had received revert that "We wish to submit you that voucher has been successfully triggered to you on your registered contact details and as per the bank records same was expired dated 31 Dec'2024" so how to proceed now?
 
I am adding my experience with AU Bank similar to this incident. In past month of FeB 2025 AU started the program of depositing 25k by 28 Feb and maintain required amb for march. In my case since I have 0 balance a/c so I am still eligible for this and I withdrew the amt on 11th of March 2025. I waited for a month then I raised the concern in front of customer care and they asked me to mail to email support and they are denying to generate the amazon gift voucher worth Rs. 250. Attaching the screenshot as proof and reference.
