Congratulation! you are a few steps away from getting a pre approved credit card from AU bank digital process. T&C.Apply Now http://bit.ly/AUCCRHS A Associates

I got this text from official AU bank sender. I don't have any relation with AU bank. Neither did I ever try to apply AU Bank Credit.
Even now I am less interested.
Can hou guys confirm that is it pre approved or what?
And which 3 cards are worth applying in AU provided I already have almost 90% of all good cards from reputed banks?

Nah. How can they offer preapproved if they don’t have any of your data. BTW I got this same exact message from the same sender even though I already hold an AU card. No other preapproved offer is showing in my bank or cc account.

It looks like official sender but it may not. It is from some third party agent 'A Associates'. I too get several messages like this but its not official most probably.

I don't think its legit since 'A Associates' is written and you don't have any prior relationship with the bank.
I didn't really understand your idea of "A Associates". If you mean A in "AX" stands for Associates, then I have recently recently received messages from Aadhaar and Axis starting with "A" only. And I do remember receiving messages from other registered channels starting with A only.
As far as relationship with the bank is concerned, I have heard and experienced this before also that banks have provided pre approved offer without having any relationship. I think they get leads from other banks, third party websites, multiple other sources. It may not be completely pre approved but the offers are provided by bank officials only not third party websites always. But I am not pretty sure about this concept since I haven't applied any card through any such offers.

Bro he means in the SMS itself A Associates is written. Same SMS I got even though I already hold an AU card. This SMS seems like sent by third party clowns to everyone to finish their targets. Anyways AU bank if your pincode is serviceable then very easy to get. You can try to apply without preapproved offer.

They say pre approved to lure to apply and they actually process the manual application as you apply. It's a marketing trick to get applications. Imagine if you get sms aksing to apply, you would not have even given a thought to it.

Pre approved always means unconditional and mostly instant.

Can anyone please tell me where to find pre approved offers if any for au bank account holders? I'm unable to locate the pre-approved card / loan offer section in their net banking and app unlike Kotak, hdfc, axis etc!
