AU Ixigo application declined and then card approved 🌚

Applied for au bank ixigo card for my first international trip (zero markup).
Applicatioin went successfully KYC guy called me on office day i said i'm at office either you visit in evening or next day or it will hardly take 10 mins to flat (5 min away is office). I will come.
He said no worries it will be done.

Next day recieved message and mail


Then on this friday some agent called that your communication address proof is pending please send on my mail.
And today recieved mail and message of card approved
