Au ixigo rupay card

I have applied for au ixigo card from app nearly 9 months ago. It got rejected and ask me to try again to apply after 180 days.
It's nearly 10 months since it got rejected for the first time but whenever I open the ixigo app or in the website it shows me that apply after 180 days how to fix this and apply for that au ixigo card again
