Devaluation AU LIT card wallet load limit reduced to 10% of credit card limit per month?

Wallet loads to payzapp was failing today for me when contacted customer care it came to my notice that as per bank internal policy wallet load limit has been reduced to 10% of credit limit per (billing cycle/month not sure). Is there anyone else facing similar issue?

10% of limit per month or per transaction?
As per earlier info it was 5k per transaction. and 15k per day.

As per earlier info it was 5k per transaction. and 15k per day --> Earlier this used to be case but now it seems 10% of limit per month/billing cycle(not sure) which is a brutal devaluation will wait for others also to confirm if this is true

Checked. Same issue transaction failing. It must be monthly limit and not billing cycle. Will try tomorrow again to check whether it is a daily limit or not.
Have you tried afterwards?

No its not daily limit should be either monthly/billing cycle will get to know on Jan 1st

Credit Card bill pay using Payzapp Wallet UPI -

You can pay through Snapay app >> BBPS (click on "BBPS" option dnt click on credit card bill pay option from home page) >> CC bill >> enter manually your payzapp wallet UPI ID - "yourmobilenumber@PZW" and pay.
