AU Small Bank Account Rejected

Today i applied for AU Small Finance Bank Account 10K MAB.
Next Processed to VKYC process but in vkyc they asking some confusing Details upto 10Min like where do u know about our bank and ur working id which company bla bla..

after end of the video they said my account got rejected as per bank policies. I asked what's policy they say it's not possible to tell u and rejected my call.

Small bank but very arrogant so from today onwards i'm not going to apply in any small bank.

Do any user also face this issue?

Branch is not nearby so if i go via auto Updown Charges will cost minimum 300-500 which is not i want

I can let you contact directly with account opening guy of Au bank if you wish to …I’m also Au bank Royale account holder so i have the contacts.

Yes check your Dm
