See I tried to apply using swipe up in MAR-23, but pincode was not serviceable based on my PAN details. So I got error.
Then I shifted to new city due to job and AU branch was next to my society. I again tried in SEP-23 for swipe up and got same pincode error. I email them same day that please check the issue. I explained them everything in details.
They told that your are getting error due to old lead, then I asked them to delete old lead. All this took 7 working days and then I applied and got XCITE ULTRA approved based on other card limit.
