Au small finance bank

10000 rupey was stuck in au small finance bank while opening savings account through online channel mode. I was completed all the process but when I went on video kyc there is an error showing we are facing some technical issues while processing your application. I did initial funding of 10000 rupees. Somebody tell me what to do right now .what about my money.
