Revaluation Au Vetta Visa to RuPay card network change

Hello,

I have had issues with card network change with most banks and they just do not even know of the RBI circular that the customer has a right to choose the card network and banks cant deny it. (sad state of Customer service in India. Most companies should name that department as "customer harassment" department).

It is only after RBIO complaint that they come to the senses and issue a RuPay variant. But its a waste of time as you have to wait for a month to complain to RBI (because our stupid RBIO will close a complaint simply on the basis of 30 days criteria)

Anyways I have had the Yes Bank Reserv converted to RuPay from MC and Now I am looking at AU Vetta conversion from Visa to RuPay. I have escalated this to the nodal officer so I hope they do not force me to RBIO. Has anyone successfully managed to convert theirs?

If AU Vetta exists in RuPay variant means if they issue it, then you should get it too.

If it doesn't exist in RuPay then you won't get it.

You can escalate it to RBIO (only if the RuPay variant exists).

It does exist. They have denied it outright on customer care via call and via twitter. I am still waiting to hear back from the Nodal Officer so will wait fo rthat and then raise it to RBI
