AU Zenith LTF: My experience applying via Swipe Up Program

A week back, I applied for AU Bank Credit Card. Last time, when i applied via AU SwipeUp Platform, they offered me Xcite Ultra which I didn't want to take due to poor reward rate. So, after 45 days, I mailed them to remove the lead ID which they did.

I read on this forum that any card with limit of 5L or more should be sufficient to get Zenith LTF using Swipe Up. This time I used my 8 month old Amex Platinum Travel. Fortunately, it worked. Though, they still gave me limit less than the card I used for C2C. 😂

Completed my application and did my VKYC next day. Received repeated calls for the next 2 days stating that you will receive the card within 3-4 days. The next day, I got a call from someone who confirmed my office address. I am not sure he would have made the visit anyway considering the heavy rains unless he used a boat to reach the office as almost everyone from my office was working from home that day. The same night, I received the approval message that your card application is approved. 🙂

After 2 days, I received a message that the card will be delivered today.

Unboxing Time:

Lol, everyone at my home were surprised when they received this large parcel from Bluedart which seemed to be a large box of chocolates. 🤣

The colour of the card was a pleasant surprise. There are very few cards in the market, which come in shades of green. So, it was a change from the usual colours.

Also, they gave a card holder and another envelope which had the papers, brochure and the priority pass.

Atleast, they clearly mentioned LTF pricing so saved me from writing a mail.

Looks like AU spent a bit too much on the packaging. The packaging is even more superior than SBI Vistara Prime, which was a clear favourite of mine before this.

Conclusion:

There is no such thing as too many credit cards and no harm in getting one of it is LTF. AU has left no stone unturned when it came to presentation.

Also, received a call from Greta Thunberg who was pissed off after seeing all the packaging, most of which is likely to go in the bin. 🙄

What can be the other reasons? Cibil history of 4+ years, having super premium cards with minimum limit in any card being 5L, Zero payment default. This should suffice but always gets rejected due to age criteria.
Regarding AU Bank, considering that you're self-employed, it's likely that one of your existing cards must have your office address. You could verify this through CIBIL. In February 2023, during my application, only my residential or Aadhaar address appeared. Despite minor differences, several addresses were displayed, about 5 to 7, all being the same. Now, there are only two addresses: home and office. I'm curious about the point at which rejections occur. Does it happen after VKYC or before?

Naah naah bro it gets rejected after otp itself, I tried mailing them to remove the lead they called me and said I don't meet age criteria and for the office address I've already updated my dad's friends court chamber.

AU executive promised me Vetta card, but on receiving I got LIT card. I didn't activate it.
I will meet eligibility for Zenith via swipe up, but it says I already have AU card.
Any solution?
Or any way to remove LIT from my profile as I never activated it, and it was them who sent the wrong card.

AU strictly has this policy if a customer cancels/closes it's card,it doesn't reissue a card so I don't want you to face it.
Just ask the pno to activate your earlier card if they can't issue Zenith.
You can ask for upgrade post 6months.

Have requested them to issue me a 2nd credit card with AU bank to pno mail stating my company name and i am even ok to merge the limits.

I gave my Cibil report as well , next day they called me stating they want to give 2nd credit card but due to policy they are unable to issue now.

They said like this policy itself will be introduced soon , once its introduced our customers will get offers on app itself.

Via normal application show LIT,ALTURA,VETTA,ZENITH.
Via Swipeup shows only one card Xcite series or Zenith.
Whats the different paths?

I was thinking of applying via CashKaro for the extra ref cash.

I have AXIS Magnus (now Magnus Burgundy) 5L & APay + Plat 5L for C2C and approx 775/780 CIBIL.

What ways can I move forward towards an upper end LTF card.

Please have a question - I applied through swipe up program, it automatically picked up both my home and office addresses.
For home address, it showed not serviceable. Then I selected office address. Question is - will there be physical office address verification?
Asking because I work from home and do not go to office regularly.

Asking coz AFAIK they offer only Xcite credit cards via swipe up,or do they offer other cards like Zenith & Vetta as well ?
And hard enquiry won't be done in case of C2C via home branch ,right ?
As per customer care, Zenith is offered only through swipe up program!! but as per current scenario, Zenith has now become shit.
Get AU XCITE ACE and earn 3% cashback upto Rs. 750 per month, max transaction per month is Rs. 25000 for max cashback.
