AU Zenith plus LTF experience

TF Select
I recently obtained the AU Zenith Plus credit card with no joining or annual fees for life (LTF) through my company's employee benefits portal. The bank had an offer page on the portal featuring various premium credit cards and accounts.

Before applying, I reached out to the bank's corporate helpdesk email (corporatehelpdesk@aubank.in) from my company email to inquire about the eligibility criteria for the Zenith Plus LTF card. They called me back, asked about my salary, and confirmed that I qualified for the LTF offer.

After submitting my application, I received the new credit card along with a welcome letter clearly stating that there were no joining or annual fees. From what I recall, the eligibility criteria was a net monthly salary of at least Rs. 2 lakhs.

I shared my experience in this thread, one of the forum members reached out to the bank. They were able to successfully get the Zenith Plus LTF card as well. If anyone interested in exploring this offer, I'd recommend sending an email to the corporate helpdesk from your company email and providing the requested details.

Do you have to provide any sort of supporting docs for claim of Income above 2L/M?
Exactly when was the Cibil enquiry done?
Does Zenith + have railway lounge access like Zenith?

I applied through their portal after email confirmation so the process is same as applying for any other AU card. Uploaded 3 months salary slips in the application process.

I think the CIBIL hit is immediate and I don't know about Railway lounge.
As per your statement, the process is similar to applying through normal online method. Is it ultimately the same application portal as of normal AU CC portal? if so, then what's the need of corporate intervention here? don't get me wrong, just trying to figure out that sweet spot like fee code or anything similar in link, through which approval will be easy and fee will be nil.

That is a fair question. Pre confirmation is good in case things goes wrong then you can demand and escalate. In my case, portal didn't show up 0 fee or something like that then their representative took it from there to follow up and get it done.

Is there any company list for the same?

Which corporates are eligible?

If you are sure, that your company is enlisted in AU corporate tie-up list, then do onething. Just apply normally, select Zenith+ and then hold the application. Don't do the vkyc. Now AU will constantly call you, you can ask them to mail with LTF confirmation if they agree. Or mail to customer care, priority mail and the corporate mail id mentioned by Nari, with your application no and supporting docs. Once they confirm the ltf eligibility, bingo, go and complete vkyc.
