AUTO LOGOUT EVERYTIME I LOG IN CIBIL WEBSITE

Every time i log into the CIBIL website after entering the password it takes me to the logout page. It auto logs me out what is the reason for the same?

check the username and password is correct or not.

if any one of is wrong it wont show your username/password is not correct it simply refresh the page.

no it’s not the issue. I have tried with multiple browsers and same issue. It logins for a sec and logout

its temporary issue, when u see such issue, try again after sometime, it will work

CIBIL is so pedestrian and horrible.

They're called the most used, trusted and superior credit bureau in India yet it might the worst one by a mile, looks like they're still living in the 2000s.

Everything from UI, to systems, to data consistency, to support, reports, etc they might be #1 but in inverse order or in some parallel universe.

It will not remember trusted devices, every time you refresh your score it logs you out, the portal itself is BAD and their tools too, the UI is outdated and borderline bad, no apps, bad data consistency, and the list goes on.

It's so ironic seeing all these third party apps that can make better sense of CIBIL data and present it 1000x times better than they do it themselves.

10/10 would recommend to people I hate.

Try disabling your adblocker if you are using one. Doing that fixed this issue for me.
