Award flights to Central Asia countries with Axis mile partners

I couldn't find any reasonable award flight options from India to central Asian countries (kazak, uzbek etc). Can anyone suggest any better redemption option with Axis supported mile partners.

Air Astana has a codeshare agreement with Lufthansa Group airlines. Though not sure if they allow redeeming points on KC.

Btw, FlyArystan(also owned by Air Astana) started flights from Delhi to Shymkent starting from 4.5k. They had some inaugural fare offer going on sometime back.
